  1. Planning, making / carrying out strategic plans, budgets, accounting, personnel and similar administrative activities related to business and operations covering presidential activities,
  2. To determine the appropriation needs and to prepare the budget appropriation proposals by considering the needs of the presidency regarding the budget to be prepared as expenditure unit.
  3. To make the incoming and outgoing letters go to the President, Branch Managers and related places on a regular and timely basis in order to make, make them happen, see and make records in the electronic or manual environment, related books, folios, chips and similar documents,
  4. To meet the needs of the unit employees by identifying and supplying the necessities of fixtures and consumables of the Presidency,
  5. To Keep records of the chairman's belongings, to embezzle them in accordance with the law and regulations, regularly checking the entries and exits of the fixtures according to the list and reporting year-end moving accounts;
  6. To prepare and announce to the relevant units plans necessary for the execution of services such as civil defense and evacuation in case of fire and emergency situations in the Office of the Center Department,
  7. To keep the personal files of the Department Office personnel, to make correspondence and follow-up on permission, rest, referral-departure, registration reports, course, promotion, death, marriage and retirement procedures and provide information to the Head of Department and relevant places;
  8. To file and archive all the documents coming to the Presidency and being sent from the Presidency and to store them for the legal period;
  9. To see the secretarial services of the department regarding appointments, visits, meetings, daily programs, transportation and communication,
  10. To make the purchase / distribution of necessary goods and materials and to provide uninterrupted services.
  11. To prepare training programs according to needs for users, to search for alternative training programs besides on-site training and to provide training support services.
  12. To ensure that payments are made in a timely manner by checking operating systems and programs used within the framework of license agreements and other maintenance and purchasing service fees
